However, Japan Energy Challenge isn’t just for presenting innovative products and business models in the energy sector – it’s about bringing them to life. Amongst a large cohort of the best start-ups in the energy industry, Powervault was one of two companies to win the grand prize, which included a fully-sponsored trip to Japan to meet Summit Energy and collaborate on their project.
